You want to get from where you are to where you want to be.
But change is hard. Uncomfortable. And at times? Freaking. Terrifying.
This quote from Caroline Myss comes to mind:
"We often hesitate to follow our intuition out of fear. Most usually, we are afraid of the changes in our own life that our actions will bring. Intuitive guidance, however, is all about change. It is energetic data ripe with the potential to influence the rest of the world. To fear change but to crave intuitive clarity is like fearing the cold, dark night while pouring water on the fire that lights your cave."
So, yeah - change can feel pretty daunting... but does it have to?
If what we desire means diving into soul-shifting change, then what's the point in resisting? In making it harder than it has to be?
Instead of moving through change as though you're swimming upstream, I want to start a conversation about opening ourselves up to move through change with ease and grace.
When we lean into the ways that support us - by turning inwards, surrendering, trusting, whatever it is that feels supportive for you (define what that is for YOU), we feel LIGHTER, more capable, and ready to accept the change that's coming into our lives.
LET ME KNOW:
1. What expectations do you need to let go of that would feel liberating?
2. Yep, change can be wildly uncomfortable - how would these moments shift for you if you chose to view them with a view of compassion, surrender, and grace?
Can't wait to hear from you xo
